Mr. Abbey is an experienced attorney with 14 years of private practice experience and 28 years of corporate experience including 25 years as the General Counsel of a Fortune 100 company.

The firm is engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis on corporate and commercial matters including representation of start up businesses and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions.

Because of his strong belief in alternate dispute resolution techniques, Mr. Abbey also provides arbitration and mediation services.
